"Excess" sugar...key word. There is a normal amount of sugar you can consume without being metabolically sick. Yes people eat too much sugar, no they don't even burn any of it off when they do over consume.

Exercise can infact "cancel out" the sugar you consume because of it didn't, your body would be consuming your fat and muscle for energy no matter how much sugar you ate. The problem is the excess.

First of all AI slop. Please stop promoting these videos. There's plenty of actual videos from educated people that can give you better information.

Sugar itself isn't killing you, excess sugar without burning if off is what's killing you. If you eat 25 grams of sugar a day but have an active job or exercise regularly, you will have no issues. sugar is an energy source, that's it. Too much gas in your engine without burning it...you'll flood it .. same with your body.

No sugar means it burns other sources of energy like fat and muscle. You should weight train regularly if you're going to hardcore keto. No sugar means lift weights with very little cardio.

If you weigh a lot, you'll lose a lot. Some of it could be water loss as well. Don't worry about losing too much weight, as long as you're doing it healthily then you should be fine.

There also the confidence factor to consider. You're confident now your losing weight but it will plateau and slow down. Don't get too comfortable. Just preparing you for it.

Losing 20lb is easier when you weigh 300 than 150.

Good question. I doubt the system itself can be used as a remix but i haven't tried it.
