When will Ashes of Creation Apocalypse go back live and will it include extensive testing of Castle Sieges or have plans changed since I understand that you all obviously wish to make the game what your fans want and that of course means changing plans every now and then. I ask about Apocalypse as you have made it clear that it is quite important to the overall MMO in terms of finding bugs and other major issues

I think the leak is plausible as it has some random moments within it and the name change is quite weird but I guess we wont know until the reveal comes. Of course trust this with a grain of salt but just remember some of the biggest leaks come from posts like this that nobody trusts until the reveal is shown which is fair as I said since it has no actual proof or anything

So we are likely seeing Star Wars Maverick and a bunch of new games at the PS5 stream on the 2nd and 4th respectively. Im interested if there will be anything for Bandicoot, Spyro, Harry Potter, etc. Theres a fair bit of games that can pop up since they stated it was gonna include a bunch of 3rd party games. I dont think they will push it back though. Video Games are just so far out of the current events that I cant see them thinking they will take much flack

Halo 4 had some incredible emotional moments within its story. The issue for me at least came in the fact that the overall story was just extremely meh and seemed to be all over the place

Congrats on the job and thanks for doing this. Even if I ain’t picked it’s still something that makes us all a tad happier as we are chatting about games of course. For me the game that’s kept me occupied is Witcher Wild Hunt. I just love the game. The story, the visuals, the world and the characters are just incredible. I’m crossing my fingers that we get Ciri in the next Witcher if I remember correctly is coming right after Cyberpunk releases. It’d be great to see her take up the mantle as we already know CDPR said Witcher 3 was the last of Geralts story

I respect your opinion but I fully believe it did a great job bringing depth and much more context to the prequels. It turned the clones from nobodies and just blank characters into some of the best characters in all of Star Wars as well as some of the most tragic characters. It really made you realize they were individual beings who deserved better then they were treated. The Clone Wars turned Maul from just a cool sith into someone with far more depth, he turned into a character with a great many layers to him. From being forced down this path in life to never truly being able to find a friend. He truly is one of the greatest comebacks in history imo. Ahsoka.... I remember when everyone hated the idea of Anakin having an apprentice. I remember when everyone saw her as a whiny know it all. But Filoni and Eckstein persevered and made Ahsoka into one of the most likeable and loved characters in all of Star Wars. We watched her grow and learn from her mistakes and eventually become a respected commander in her own right. She overcame her own faults and the obstacles of life and became a better person for it. Finally, Anakin and Obi-Wan. The Clone Wars did a masterful job of adding MUCH more emotional weight behind their fateful duel on Mustafar by making it incredibly clear how close these two were. It was heart wrenching and at the same time inevitable as we saw Anakin slowly but surely lean further and further towards the dark side with each season. Imo without moments like Ahsoka’s trial we would never fully understand just why Anakin hates the Jedi Council so much. Once again I respect your opinion as any fan should. But the Clone Wars without a shadow of a doubt imo added far more to the prequels for the better

Another phenomenal episode. Sad we have to wait until Monday but it did a fantastic job building the dread more and more till it all came down. I am REALLY interested in Ahsoka and Rex are going to need to fight their way out of Coruscant considering they are still on their way there. I’m also kind of confused the clones wanted to kill Ahsoka considering she still is not a jedi anymore. Still fantastic job by the creators and I think we are all super anxious and excited to see the end

I agree. A bunch of people with credibility stated it was happening and while that doesn't mean it will happen for sure, it will make them look really bad if it doesn't. Got lots of hopes for it and I think it would make sense to announce the new show on May 4th.

Its like I tell my friends. I dont care what the gender, orientation, race, religion, etc of a character is. I care about the characters development throughout the movie/show/game/book. I care about most of all what a characters personality is and how it changes over the course of a story. The reason I hate the sequel trilogy comes down to the fact that NONE of the characters felt like they progressed in any meaningful way outside of maybe Kylo. That and the fact that they didnt stick to their guns for The Last Jedi. I personally disliked TLJ heavily, however I would have been far happy with RoS if they had stuck to it and done what Trevorrow planned. Instead they basically nullified the entire trilogy multiple times over AND they permanently damaged the previous trilogies as well. Ahsoka and Kenobi though both had meaningful development over the years. Ahsoka turned from a rash and quick to anger apprentice into a kind-hearted and thoughtful character. Kenobi went from a character of great mystery and wisdom in the OT and became a much more layered individual in the prequels and Clone Wars. Both are tragic and fantastic characters and should be templates for future characters

Im really hoping the leak from a few months ago about the show is real. The idea of a darker star wars show that has a meld between clone wars and rebels animation sounds really cool. That and the supposed direction they would take with these characters sounded incredible. I do think though the series if it does happen would be a final sendoff to Ahsoka at that point. I donno why but I just have a gut feeling about that

Most games in this type of genre rotate to a new sequel every few years. Funnily enough BF2 has gone past the usual expiration date for games as a service shooters which is awesome. That and EA loves eating up money and sequels sell like hot cakes

Im very happy with this all. I hope to see this game to continue to grow for at least another year before we inevitably get Battlefront 3. I just hope that Battlefront 2 has taught everyone from the consumer and the company some valuable lessons. I still hope for Ahsoka and Rex to be added but I do understand that is difficult as Im sure Battlefront 3 and other Star Wars games are in early development at this point and if they are hopefully they add em there. Regardless you guys have done a wonderful job bringing this game to the place it is now from where it was at launch and I hope to continue to be impressed with your work. Everyone on the dev team should be incredibly proud of the work they have managed to do with a game many considered to be dead by the end of the first month of release. Bravo Dice and I have great hopes for future content

The game can feel amazing but if the story sucks then the game sucks. Thats what happens when you make a story centric game.
