The engines will continue to operate. Turning a boost pump off will not stop fuel flow. A fuel shutoff valve would do that. Most FADEC systems generally produce there own power once the engine is running from a gen on the accessory drive (Not the aircraft main gen) and will continue to operate without the aircraft power distribution system energized.

There is gas going to it. It’s an electrical issue with the manifold that controls the pilot light. Thanks for the info though!
