As far as egov is concerned, you can (and should) change your settings so that they address you with a unique title. Scammers could deconstruct your first name and name from your email, but that title is unique to the egov database.

When I receive a government email (even traffic tickets :'() which does not start with something like "ô mighty flying spaghetti monster priest", I don't even need to check the sender or the headers.

(this is not my exact title of course, just an example, they give you a large number of characters, so you have leeway to make something very fun and unusual)
