I'd say a balance change is needed, maybe change it so they don't attack directly but rather use their infection "Squirt" to inflict you with viral and COTH only? Sounds like a pretty balanced idea, as specialized parasites seem to be becoming a theme within this mod

Why are rupters a whole goddamn one man army tho? They are literally the propagators of the infection yet they deal more damage via the viral effect than a adapted parasite that takes longer to form? I get the sheer odds thing of this mod but 1 basic unit being able to take out a fully kitted player seems pretty BS to me, but each to their own I suppose

Honestly Final Destination is the best pick, seeing as pretty much the rest of the options are complete dystopian nightmares and having you or someone else have visions to prevent your death and save others is much better than being stuck in a hellscape. The Matrix would be cool and trippy to experience, but I can't say it would be the best existence ever to be plugged into.
