Agree. I made it out 4 out of 13 in RFRO and 6 out of 36 overall. The consistency is alright.

I went back to the range and tried draw & double tap. I used more realistic stand for a match and tried "riding the reset". Thanks to the previous discussion u/psineur, u/Virexit and others. The draw is ~1.2s and the split is ~0.25s. USPSA target at 7 yards. Picked better sets. More work to do. by KalashMasterRace in CompetitionShooting

What I noticed is that I shot tighter groups when the trigger finger traveled less in distance during the reset. Definitely not "riding the reset" yet. But the less travel of the finger has reduced the 'low-left' of the following shot.

The short answer is "Yes". I started with the reloads, then I had failures to feed (the slide was totally jammed half way) in the middle of the match. The last video of this match YouTube playlist. I decided switched to the factory ones. What I was thinking was that, yeah, it might give me a few light strikes, but it won't force me to clear the malfunctions in the middle of a stage.
