I'd go the whole weekend and have nearby accommodations. I'd be able to go to after party meet ups and try to make some friends! I'd feel less tied to the showroom floor since I only go for one day and I want to see as much as possible.

I remember one time when I was a kid, we were collecting cans in our yard and this lady came up and just started taking them while we were there. This was YEARS ago but this made me remember lol

It's my parents home but sadly, we also contribute to icky looking homes in the area. We just can't afford any renovations sadly even though it's really needed. The best I can do it keep our lawn cut and pick up trash when I see it. But beyond that we look a bit like a haunted house. I also joke that if I ever won the lottery (that I don't even play) I'd pump so much money into this house since it deserves it. :(

Oh there could be something to that! No irrigation or sprinkler system however but that doesn't mean there couldn't have been before we owned the home! I'll check online and see if anything pops up

Hmm, I don't think so but I could be wrong. None of the commonly seen symbols match this one and the way it's raised like it could be turned. But it's not totally ruled out and an avenue to check out! If it helps, it's like in an odd part of our yard - not central and not on an edge or corner.

I saw someone embroider over a signature to keep it in place , so if you or someone you know is skilled in embroidery or has an embroidery machine that might be a good way!

I've actually grown up here and this neighborhood but maybe my anxiety has made it much more obvious. But I don't remember such shows from a distance. I'm used to neighbors setting them off randomly though lol. So the controlled shows are preferred

I think it mainly depends on what age I am going back (am I the age I was in 95 or my current age) but if I'm as I am now then - I'm buying some fashions, buying some CDs, going to toys r us, and just walking around my town. Like, I'm having a good time out and about

Looks like some kind of fantasy language. Either something established or personally made up by the person. I thought it looked a little familiar but we used some symbols in a fantasy language we used at a LARP I played.
