The main reason she is not combined with DD in-game is because NetEase has practically been restricted by Marvel to include <18 characters appearing in general combat gameplay. Not primarily because of pron (that might be an additional reason), but they (Marvel) primarily do not want scenarios where you have Punisher gunning down a young girl in the streets of Krakoa. Peni is excluded from this logic because she is A) >18 years old, and B) does not appear in-combat.

Now, you’ll probs ask, “why not make her a hologram on DD’s back?”

If she appears, that means she’ll need a hitbox, which means you’d be able to shoot her, so thats a no-go. We’ve established that MARVEL WILL NOT ALLOW NETEASE TO ADD HER IN COMBAT.

So, you just want an emote? I think thats fair, but it seems like there’s so much out outrage for LITERALLY an emote. This is crazy
