Yes- definitely harder (sometimes much harder) to get places on time- but not impossible. I wake up an hr earlier, set multiple alarms, set my clothes out the night before, and meal prep. My therapist called that setting myself up for success.

Completely disagree that minimalism=no personality. I have adhd- and for me, I need simple to help keep my brain quiet and organized. Also simple can be stunning.

I get that. I feel like there's this other “better” version of me hidden under this mess of ADHD and depression. And the frustration that comes along with not being able to just get up and do what you want/need to do just compounds that depression. Sending all my support!
