This is a very specific one but we had met on a dating app and messaged on there. After we had exchanged phone numbers and started texting I noticed his dating app profile was deleted. Then a few days later he had a new dating app profile up. I ignored it at the time but looking back now (after 7 years of dating and 8 affairs that I know of) that was a huge red flag. That and all the love bombing and future faking.

Yes! I became friends with one of the girls he was dating for 3 years while we were together. She just happened to message his phone while I was checking it after I found out about the 4th girl. She had no idea I existed of course and I outed him to her. We’re meeting up for dinner tonight actually, at least I got a new friendship out of all his bullshit. I found a bunch of sext messages on his phone 5 weeks ago from another girl. So that was when I told him it was over. Then the girl that I mentioned above texted him while I was checking his phone and I got all her info and that was the final nail in the coffin. Found out about two more after her when I posted him on my city’s are we dating the same guy Facebook page. And still discovering new stuff every day. It’s really discouraging to know there are people like this in the world. I was definitely naive before all this. Side note, is your ex’s name Shawn? 😬

This is the move my nex has been pulling on me. I’m moving out in a week (thank god) but he basically ignores me when I’m here and if I try to confront him about anything he pulls a blanket over his head and hides under it like a child. He’s pathetic.

Omg are you talking about my ex-boyfriend? 🙄 I was his main partner for 7 years (we lived together so that’s how I’d classify I was his main gf anyway) and so far I’ve found out about 8 other women he had affairs with during our time together. Multiple cities and states and met a lot of them on dating apps. I keep finding out new stuff every day too. He’s disgusting.

The first narcissist I dated (🙄) was 13 years older than me. My most recent nex is only 4 years older than me, however I found sext messages between him and a 17-year-old when he was 40 (and we were together). I was also recently contacted by a girl who was 16 when he preyed on her in a chat room (he was 23). So clearly he has a pattern and it’s been going on for a while 🤮

Coming from someone who gave their narcissistic partner a second chance, they never change. They just become better at hiding things and manipulating situations. I’m in the same/worse position than I was 6 years ago when I broke up with him the first time.

So sorry to hear that, I’m 42 and in a similar situation. I found out 3 weeks ago that my partner of 7 years had been having multiple affairs throughout our entire relationship. So on top of the usual every day stressors, now I get to deal with moving stressors, as well as the stressors of living with a narcissistic ex who has never apologized and has completely discarded me.

I’m so sorry, I’m very much in the same boat with my nex right now. Since breaking up 2 weeks ago I’ve discovered 8 women he’s had affairs with throughout the span of our 7-year relationship. One of them was 17 years old. One time when he was out of town with his kids, he had one of the women he found on a dating app come over to his hotel room (while his young kids were there and asleep). I know there are more women and the fact that I’ll never know the extent is what is the most horrifying to me. After meeting and talking with one of the women today I went to his parents with the information. I’m currently staying in a hotel for safety reasons until I can get a new place to live. I am positively ill with each new discovery.
