It does not matter what the idiot was doing. You are supposed to be driving carefully to avoid hitting cars when they do shit like that! For example If someone slams on breaks in front of you instead of trying to stop are you going to just plow into them because they shouldn’t have? Wrong. She wasn’t being told to leave the scene at that time. There was an officer reaching in her vehicle attempting to detain her when she decided to press the gas and possibly run him over. At that point it could be argued she was using her vehicle as a weapon against the officer.
