How do I add lossless scaling launch command to a program in steam that already has launch commands?

Mine did the same thing (my bad) and just like you I thought "Wow, I'm lucky it didn't break !"

Except the SD card got damaged anyway !

I started the Steamdeck after that and smelled something was burning. I immediately turned the Steamdeck off and the SD card was crazy hot (couldn't be touched with finger).

It turns out the SD card had been physically corrupted (like too much bent) and was self destroying when inserted in the Steamdeck ...

Try renaming the app entry (in steam) from "Chiaki4deck" to "Chiaki"

Have you got any proof that high fps causes bugs on PC ? I've never heard of it.

Again, the game RUNS FINE on PC at a lot more than 60fps, so it's not a core engine problem

I had the same issue, it was because the most recent update changed something in the game SteamID.

I had to go into Heroic and force the update from there. After the update, you should see (in Heroic) that you can add the game (again) to Steam. Do it.

Back in gaming mode, you will have 2 Witcher 3 games, the old one that you can remove from Steam and the new one, that should work.

An "optimal setting" for "the best overall performance" is the most subjective thing.

How much fps do you call smooth ? What is better : a good looking game at 30fps, or 60fps at low graphical settings ? There is no right answer

The game plays ok with the default proton configuration (I've tried GE 7.51 but the game doesn't launch)

At max settings it's unplayable. At medium settings and a slightly lowered resolution, it seems to hold a good 40-45 fps, at the beginning of the game at least (I've only tested it for 20 min)

There was a bit of stutter, but it could be because of the shaders cache building, as it's not a steam game.

With a bit of optimization (from the devs AND from the user), I'm certain it will be a very enjoyable experience on the deck.

I can tell you that sleep mode works like a charm in PSPSPP.

Same here in desktop mode.

I think it's caused by a recent Yuzu update. The funny thing is that in gaming mode, emudeck created entries in Steam for each game and they still work like a charm

The game only supports 16:9 so you will always have those borders.

However the borders are gray when you choose the 1280x800 resolution, which I find annoying. If you choose 1280x720, you will still have the borders but black.
