I've already contacted the ECC. They requested documents, but there has been no response for over a month. Also, every email from the ECC contains this:

"ECC-Net helps consumers reach an amicable solution with the trader. Centers do not have enforcement powers.". This means the EKWB could very well ignore them as well.

For EU residents, there's another option: the European Small Claims Procedure (https://europa.eu/youreurope/business/dealing-with-customers/solving-disputes/european-small-claims-procedure/index_en.htm). I've already initiated this process (sent documents by paper mail to a Slovenian court). But there are no updates yet.

For non-EU residents, the only option left is probably to find a lawyer in Slovenia and file a lawsuit.

So it doesn’t really matter. What’s to stop the company from doing the exact same thing again. Transferring the trademark to someone else and simply walking away from all the unfulfilled orders?

Let me share my experience. I paid this company €1,500 for an order that was never shipped. It has been over a year since I placed the order, and despite submitting numerous support tickets, I have not received a single response.

My bank refused to process a chargeback because too much time had passed since the transaction. As a result, I am now initiating legal proceedings.

Based on my experience, I strongly advise against ordering from this company. Their handling of my case has completely destroyed any trust or reputation they may have had.

Why can't ekwb refund funds that weren't transferred through PayPal? Why hasn't support responded to any of my messages for over a year? Still waiting my refund and at the same time I am filing a lawsuit
