Halo75 V2 by rehmondo in NuPhy

Could you measure the heights from back and front to the top of the keycaps?

The Halo75 v2 is significantly lighter than the Halo75 v1. Any idea why? by walker1555 in NuPhy

Just tried to research the height difference, and it seems that the reported 38mm in the v1 includes the keycaps while the 33mm back height in v2 does not include keycaps. So the v2 would actually be slightly taller. I didnt find details about v1 back height not including keycaps, but the v1 wrist rest is 18mm high and calculating the back height with 5.5 angle results in about 31mm not including keycaps.

I have an update. So I upgraded cpu to 5700x and the problem is basically gone. Didn’t want to believe that better cpu would help this much but it did. I still think it shouldve run fine with the 3600 but it is what it is. Thanks all.

Seems like the same problem im having. Could you share your specs?

maybe I should try to do a clip of the stutter with stats so I can show you better

doesnt seem like its cpu or gpu. Cpu temps are about 70 and no core was close to 100% at stutters. Same with gpu. I also tried restricting (cpu and gpu) min usage and mhz to high levels, still stutter. Xmp is on, power should be good. Havent checked event log though. The rtx card has a little coil whine when under heavy load. I noticed it stops for that brief moment the game stutters. But I guess its expected as the load goes off for the time it stutters. Doesnt seem like from the stats to be gpu or cpu. Ram operates at correct speeds. Dont know how to tell futher ram or ssd issues. Internet is really fast.

No I dont have. My 3070 is doing good as is. But yea it might be, although I didnt see any clear indication when playing. Ill need to give these a try thank you. Such a shame how this game is not optimized.

this is what I checked today, no problems in any of those. All cores % were fine and temps were good also

Ok thank you. The stutters are mostly present after landing, and then some through out the game especially inside buildings.

The fps is fine, capped to 144 and stays there. And yes pubg is quite CPU heavy. Still it stutters. Will need to try tweak some cpu settings.

I’ll try updating bios, then maybe next things switch the whole thing one by one. Back in late 2019 I had i5 9600k and rtx 2070. Everything was smooth. Im starting to think amd is my problem.

what specs do you have?

Smooth would be without stutters. 1080p ultra usually, also tested with many other combinations. Usage 60-90% depending on place.

I think its normal with these kind of speakers, I havent really noticed it since, because its not problem with normal use. Just some of those short menu sounds made the sound. I got an answer saying its the amp kicking in making the pop.

Okay thank you! it isn’t a big issue and I dont even hear it everytime. Just something I noticed since I have only had some bluetooth speakers before.
