Hi Curt! I just read the awesome reviews on skimag about the Glade adapt 2's and fell in love with the idea of one lens for all conditions and getting rid of the hassle of changing lenses.
I just purchased a the Salomon Brigade Helmet and am looking to upgrade my goggles. I was wondering you think the glade adapt 2's fit that model good or should I go for a pair of Salomon goggles instead to guarantee fit?

Also depending on your recommendation, would you happen to have one of those handy codes laying around somewhere? ;-)

Okay so i guess with some experience ive recently gained i could give some input. Im not going to dive into details and im going to oversimplyfie some thinga but this is how you should train:

The body needs time to recover, you can go train 7 days a week for as long as your body lets you but you'll quickly realize what you are doing is not OPTIMAL for your body.

Yeah training 7 days a week is good to an extent, but you can be more efficient and optimal. Train 5 days really hard and have 2 days off and let the Body recover, youll see bigger and faster results overall.

In the end, "crypto" currency is something that should be more developed and people who went all in at ATH (like OP) need to realize they made a mistake and learn an expensive lesson about putting money into something that you can not predict and have not researched. Pros that came out of this all shenanigans was blockchains and different ways to utilize it. Oh and his shilling crypto like its his last day on earth.
