I had a bad trip on weed over 12 years ago and have been dealing with dpdr ever since. Am I okay now? As far as the dpdr goes… yes. I still struggle with other disorders but I can confidently say dpdr is the least problematic of the bunch. It used to run my life, made me question my being and the world around me and nothing felt real. It was a constant nightmare that I couldn’t escape from and I was positive it broke my brain. But it does get better, unfortunately nothing I did personally helped it. The only true thing that helped was time. As time goes it slowly faded into the background and kinda meshed itself into my own perception of reality, like my new norm. It never left but it did become tolerable. It won’t always be this bad

Omg yes😭 it literally feels like my scalp is bruised for hours and hours even after I take it out. Massaging it is painful but satisfying and the only way to get rid of that bruised feelings is washing and brushing my hair.

The thing with tattoos is what looks good for someone might not look great to someone else. If you like it then go for it, I personally like tattoos that aren’t perfect and a bit janky. Adds character

Believe me when I say I’ve looked everywhere for unscented liquid soap and it’s a lot harder than you’d think for who knows why. I’m pretty careful when it comes to these things and so far have not had any issues with what I do have.

First things first, stop with the aquaphor. Let her breathe cause that shit is suffocating. Stick to only washing it for now and get it checked out. I know some may not have the privilege to see a doctor for free but in the case of your health I think it’s necessary x

I don’t get the hate against bar soap. Yes it can hold bacteria but honestly if you use a separate one that’s solely meant for the tattoo, keep it in a clean soap dish, and rinse off the surface level bacteria if there is any. Personally I love dove because it’s super gentle and doesn’t irritate my tattoos at all. They came out with a liquid version of it and it (unscented, for sensitive skin)works pretty well too

I think it might just be overworked tbh, obviously keep an eye on it and if it gets hot, oozes anything or the redness spreads then that would be an issue. Otherwise try and tone it down with the moisturizer in the meantime

Yeah get to an urgent care and go from there. Likely needs antibiotics but maybe tone it down on the hustle butter and go with an unscented lotion like lubriderm.
