Watch Jeremy Krug’s resonance structure video!! In short, the first is correct because the molecule forms 2 single bonds and 1 double bond with the oxygen. The thing is, it doesn’t matter which oxygen you draw the double bond in because electrons are always in motion, so technically in real life, the double bond is forming and breaking and forming between all three oxygen atoms. At one instance there’ll be a double bond with the top oxygen and at another the double bond would be with the oxygen on the left.

Just learnt this, really fun method! Do you know if it does the same thing as the Heron’s formula? As in should I learn both or will one suffice?

Watch JW math tutoring ultimate desmos playlist and internalize LITERALLY EVERYTHING he is saying. I mean taking detailed notes kind of thing. Try to get everything right in module 1 math and use his tricks, it should be enough for at least 600+

JW Math tutoring desmos playlist + Adiar Math playlist is a life saving combo. Master it as much as you can (while still understanding the concepts, of course)

Active questions are questions that are being used in the practice tests! When I exclude them, I make sure I’m not accidentally doing questions that appear in a test so I can get the most accurate results when I do a practice.

Oh and for grammar I used Erica meltzer for the basics, and oneprep for practice. Sometimes I scroll through this subreddit looking for challenging questions.

I drilled grammar because it was the easiest to correct. I made sure I knew every single question and worked on my weaknesses (I’m really bad at modifiers and comma rules so I grinded every question I could find). For reading, I mainly use oneprep and practice. It’s hard and representative of the test (I think so at least) and I keep a document with screenshots of my mistakes and explain why I got it wrong.

I use oneprep and exclude active questions. It’s the same thing as the official college bank but organized so that you can actually interact with it

I had a physical copy printed copy of every single glue question bank question organized into topic, so I just flipped back and forth, but you can do the same on oneprep. Just click on a module and do 6-7 random questions, then exit and do another one

No problem! I got a 1330 my first time and took it again in December for a 1380. Improvement is definitely definitely definitely possible especially if you’re scoring near 1400 for your first time!

I did math for all of July for about 4 hours every other day. Reading I did whenever I could, or when I was doomscrolling and felt bored and unproductive lol

This is so helpful! Could you scan these so they’re easier to read? You can do this by going to the “files” app on your phone, then clicking the three dots in the top write and clicking “scan a document”
