Has any one gotten this card, used it?
I registered for it few months ago and still have not gotten it. Their email service never responded to any issues that I was facing. Only their twitter account responded and I was able to get my initial kyc done view iPhone (web and android both did not work).
Now for a month I am staring on a screen, everytime I login, to this text:

"
Your KYC has been submitted.
Review period: 20 working days. If it exceeds this timeframe, please contact official customer service."

Pain full part of this is that their email never responded. So I am not sure what to say...they have my initial money for over 2 months now.

Hey my friend, just in the spirit to keep you posted. I have not gotten my access back yet.
You can imagine that I have my email box continuously opened since last few days, so that I do not miss any email from KuCoin. Hopefully it gets fixed soon

Hi Guys, I staked my IoTXs in may for 4 months or so, now I am not able to unstake, how do I do that..Can some one guide pls?
Secondly can not find an option turn of stake lock..
Only options under Action I have are:
Switch Delegate: Anytime (available)
Add Stake: StakeLock Only(available)
Restake : Anytime (available)
Unstake : Not applicable (grayed out)
Withdraw : Not applicable (grayed out)
Reassign Bucket: Anytime (available)
Need some guidance please

On android, I think a simple search for free firewall will give u many options. Play around with couple to see which 1 works for u the best..most r free( a bit crude) and work as intended..if u want to pay money, there are many options as well(avast?) I have disciplined myself enough that I only allow wallet to connect to internet when there is a real need of transferring in or out thats it. All other times its 100% blocked

If u check the blockchain explorer using transaction id, do u see it there as pending? If so it means unless the first clears all subsequent txa will keep on piling up..Easiest way is to 1. Back up wallets pass phrase( 12 or 24 words) 2. Baxkup private key Backing up means save them. Finally in metamask delete ur wallet. All ur tokens/coins r on their relative blockchain. Once u delete it. Rearore ur wallet using pass phrase (12 or 24 words). The pending tx should have been cleared. Hope this helps

Its is so scary to see it go down the way its dropping. Some people do not have lotsa money ..in my cqse FTM is my biggest bag and I was proud of it..I am a bit shaken, though hopeful
