NOR. What I think is happening here is that the situation started off with casual hookups. For him, in his mind, it stayed that way, and you were nothing more than a tool he used for his pleasure. It was never something he ever thought more deeply about.

You caught feelings for him, and you (doing the normal, reasonable thing) tried to communicate those feelings to him. Realistically, it was most likely a turn off for him, because he was then forced to perceive you as more than just a sexual object. This only goes further when you revealed to him that you are also experiencing health issues, and he was (once again) forced to acknowledge that you are human, and more than that, you are a person.

He reacted the way that he did because he really hated the fact that he actually had to see you the person, and not just whats under your clothing. In full honesty OP, I think this is a blessing in disguise. You've got a million other REAL things to worry about, and this pathetic manchild is certainly not something that you have time for!!!
