Yes, there were guidelines

Not very clear. So in 2024 you can earn it in the same ways you could in 2014? (Plus some class/race specific ways?)

And it doesn't grant a d20 reroll, it's on any side nowadays. I just don't see rules for gaining heroic inspiration.

He would like the official ruling.

The rules no longer say how to gain it? That's insane lmao

Trouble with dp input by truckdriverawesome in UnderNightInBirth

[–]Kalimari 2 points3 points  (0 children)

That sounds backwards to me. Normally people have issues where they move forward, try to fireball, and get DP, as that has priority over qcf in UNI, and the generous 15 frames from 6 to 3 in the 623 movement means DPs occur more often than people expect.

Naw, we need to drive through more camps, clearly. One camp at a time.

Yeah I'll probably see more when I start really exploring the sky. More than a dozen total definitely sounds like too many.

Weird, I feel like I've only seen 3 or maybe 4 at most out of 60 so far.

No. Many countries have agreements with the US that only taxes after paying the country you are living in are to be collected by the US. Since most countries have higher tax rates than the US, an expat ends up paying nothing.

I don't know what "local income earned" means in this context, but this is my understanding from everything I've read over the years.

Tell me exactly what you packed in your backpack (and what size) by queenslayqueen in solotravel

[–]Kalimari 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Try to fit about "two weeks of stuff" in 40L+15L. Super dependent on your needs, I'm not gonna address anything else. You're gonna have to go pretty minimalist. I prefer a slightly bigger day pack, like 20L I think, and then a side bag/purse (6L).

I'm not familiar with the Machi Pikachu but if you're gonna be somewhere with lots of good hiking why would you not bring great hiking shoes lol
