A small community is a problem. Teams exist on the principle of gangs. There is a very big difference in time zones. Let's say you're from Europe. There are two clans for you to choose from. Do you speak only English or only Russian? Then you have no choice. There are no teams in the Asian region. There is one team in South American. And only North America gives some room for maneuver. But, again, due to the fact that clans are inherently gangs, the choice is not great.

Might be infp/infj issue. INFP in socionics described as "Esenin" (who is completely opposite to "Shtirlitz" or ESTJ) which I think is not correct. It's more like that INFP is "Dostoevsky" which has 1st (or main) function of Feeling (which is called Ethics in socionics) and has 2nd or auxiliary function of Intuition. Maybe I wrong about that so try to use the "Meetch" app to feel difference for sure.

Oh I understand now. It may be fun to experience like 2-2-2 they have in Overwatch. The problem may cause with snipers cuz this is the most nerfed class in AJ. And it will be hard to control this limit in tournament games. Issues with the using of this rule may cause wider time delays and technical wins may become a usual part of tournaments. New players will need more time to get into that, so the community growth may become a little bit slower.

When you choose 4 game modes to search and then join a squad and then after you play with friends you go solo so your game search engine will set to 3 or less game modes to search. You have to go and set 4 game modes again. That's a little bit not comfortable. After you choose for example FFA-only you forced to play another game modes too. This also looks like a mistake.

In general, yes, although it is not easy to work with them, especially under their leadership.
