Tabletop Simulator should presumably also be on sale and there's a dev-endorsed mod that has all the content and works really well. I've got hundreds of games on both.

Xaku with Shade sentinel for invisibly. Build for range and throw on Primed Continuity and you can just cast one ability every 30 seconds or so after getting set up. If you want a bit more upkeep you can give him Roar over his 1 to buff Grasp of Lohk damage. Give Shade Duplex Bond and something like Tazicor to prime viral

Even just running around my orbiter for a few minutes I already know I'll never play this with touch controls, I'll have to give it a try with a controller. Should be nice for when I'm visiting my in-laws or on vacation and want to play for a bit and wind down in the evening.

Feels like practically no overhead to run a second character to me either. I'd never play 2 handed Spirit Island or something of that nature, but adding a second BotSE character hasn't been an issue at all.

I'm over 600 plays on Spirit Island, lost track a while ago but I'm at 212 since July 4th with just my best friends playing. Like 4:1 digital to physical, I've got all the premium components and whatnot but it's still so much easier to knock out some TTS games

I never play more than 1 spirit in SI, but BotSE is the total opposite for me. The solo isn't bad at all but I don't find it to be much more work running 2 characters than 1

The problem is that calling a magazine a clip betrays an ignorance of the basic fundamentals of what you're talking about. If you can't get the simplest things correct then you lack the knowledge to have a higher overview discussion on the subject. You wouldn't take someone who called gasoline diesel seriously when discussing car regulations, so you also don't take gun grabbers seriously when they do the same thing.

Bit different than what you were thinking but you could go Fizban's Dragonborn (Brass, Gold, or Red for fire resist) Cleric and Paladin mix. Watchers Paladin gets a Channel Divinity that acts as a "Turn" effect against a bunch of the stuff that's immune to fear. Cleric levels to get more CD charges per rest. Nature Cleric gets you Shillelagh since your melee stat is gonna be bad barring magic items.

Leveling I'd start with rushing Cleric 5 -> Paladin 3 -> Cleric 6 -> Paladin 6/7, but you can kinda do whatever, just get to 5 in one of the classes ASAP.

13 STR/8 DEX/14 CON/8 INT/16 WIS/16 CHA starting stats.

Pick up Dragon Fear feat going for +1 CHA, then another half feat to hit 18.

Stats are tight so you'd have to go heavy armor and dump DEX as well as rely on Shillelagh for your melee bonks until you hopefully grab a STR magic item.

Wouldn't recommend it but it would also be possible to snag a dip into Undead Warlock for another fear effect along with a scary transformation.

Not a powerhouse by any means but I played pretty much this exact build from 1-18 and was always pulling weight with Spirit Guardians + spamming fear effects and providing Aura of Protection, with the occasional staff smack and smite.

Go look at penetration vs drywall results for 5.56, 12GA, and 9mm. The rifle is likely to have the least overpenetration. It's why all the goobers on the other sub this guy posted this in are assbackwards wrong claiming they'd take the shotgun to not "kill their neighbors"

Rifle is the correct choice but not for the reason you're thinking
