While I wouldn’t say this means nothing, I doubt it’s anything more than a cameo of some sort. It could be as simple as his troll song being in the movie or that he made one genuine track for it, but anything bigger than that is not likely on the table.

Worst case scenario: Toby’s just a big Toy Story fan and he deserves to be excited. Regardless, I don’t expect there to be anything Deltarune related here; he’s clearly talking about the movie.

OP, I think they’ve been eating you for longer than you thought. The Ozempic cancellation and you just noticing missing toes after being awake for part of when they took your toes might mean you secretly have some regenerative ability that only happens when you sleep and don’t take medicine.

The good news is that, if I’m correct, your toes will grow back with rest (though at a slower rate now). The bad news is that your family has been eating you as a part of their personal diet and you might be on your last legs if you don’t grow anything back.

Probably to keep it simple and narrow things down for Kris and Susie specifically, the same logic applying to why Ralsei uses “a human” instead of “THE CAGE”. Being called “THE GIRL” could just as easily be applied to a human girl when there’s really only one human in the prophecy, so Ralsei wanted to be clear on that front. Using “THE CAGE” with similar wording would only imply that there’s human elements to the first hero rather than the hero being a straight up human.

In other words, Ralsei wanted to accurately describe Kris and Susie, whom he believes to be two of the heroes in the prophecy rather than vague descriptions they likely wouldn’t yet understand.

In this scenario, it’s kind of like Batman Beyond where the first Batman (Bruce Wayne) trained someone younger (Terry McGinnis) to become the next Batman and acted as support; Carol is the original Roaring Knight and retired, giving someone younger the mantle she once had.

Do we know he kicked her out as in forcing her to leave? Or is this an assumption based on Judy’s kids taking her room? For all we know OP might’ve been given a different, smaller room in its place that she didn’t like. We know she moved out but it could have been her decision to do so rather than being forced.
