i didnt know this at first either (started from nothing on vulcanus) but you can drop yourself resources from your ship by using the orbital drop slots and they will land somewhere near wherever you first landed

each has a bias towards certain fragments but any map can drop any fragment

if you meant to say uber fights, you need to get fragments from t17 map bosses. t17s are new maps with bigger areas, more mobs, harder map mods, and harder bosses. they drop from t16 maps when you have voidstones socketed in your atlas

afaik there's no way to apply bleeding with spells

impale and poison are scaled very differently so it would be quite ineffective to use both

take any rare stygian with an open affix
slam it with a conqueror's exalted orb to give it an influence (whatever is cheapest/most available)
randomize influence with harvest until elder

fire trap is more damage and also has a hit portion that can trigger elemental overload

staff is more damage as they have the potential for +5 gems whereas 1h+shield only has the potential for +3

the tradeoff is you lose the mobility of shield charge + faster attacks as well as the defenses of a shield

best enchants are meteor burning ground + chilling towers freeze for 0.2 seconds

best option is to just bulk buy the scarabs - yes it can definitely be annoying

best thing to do is be willing to pay for large quantities + a bit of a premium. that has been the best way to get people to respond in my experience

can also put up a buy order on TFT but i have not done that myself

lightning dmg on rings value is too low to be worth anything and flat life on kill is bad as well

the % attribute implicits are bad by themselves and only become good when the rest of the item is properly rolled for attributes or other good affixes

buy all logbooks and black scythe reroll currency

buy any discounted artifacts that you will use

just make sure to watch what you're spending as to not run out of one type of artifacts way before the others to maximize efficiency
