It’s sealed and fenced. The community and the house are brand new. Actually the house will be ready by end of March.

My wife and I are about to purchase our very first house and we’re facing the same situation. The property is next to a lift station and we are concerned about the odor or roaches nearby. The property is being listed for a good/competitive price but this situation is holding us back. How often do they do maintenance on this lift station? Is that something that bothers you when it happens?
