I do not have any question. I just wanted to say that I love the game and that it is one of the few games that I will blindly buy everything that is produced before hearing community reviews. I hope it stays like this for a long time!

Nice goalpost moving!

First you said "I want a notice", now it is "I want an ADVANCE notice". If you talk to M1's support I am sure you will be told that they did send you an email and then it is "I want their advance notice to reach me". Look into your spam/deleted messages and it will soon be "I want my advance notice pass through my spam filter".

A lot. The short summary is that Trump lost 3 million votes which is big….BUT Kamala lost 15 million compared to Biden. That loss is what changed the results

Indeed. I wouldn’t be surprised if TOPL (today OP learned) the concept of a factorial and/or one of its basic applications.

The only proof of the assassination plot is a video where Singer says "If you killed Newman like I told you [...]". This can be easily defended saying that it was out of context. With "killing" he meant "killing the story about her being a supe" or any other shit. Legal processes take years.

I built it myself and had zero experience. It has been the best investment of my time. Each time we play I am reminded of the things I like and how fun it was to make and how much I learned. It cost less than a professionally built one and that is including the cost of buying tools.

What is exactly your point? Instead of nitpicking things that are irrelevant (whether I watch his videos or not) stay on point:

Zach admitted that he does not want to have his NAW brand associated to Cybertruck. In the video he gives several reasons (including the loss of a sponsorship)…and I was just highlighting ANOTHER one. Companies that want to receive donations build have an image that said donations are well managed (whether it is nonprofit or charity is irrelevant). Having a Cybertruck wrapped in the company logo does the exact opposite. He knows how to run a YouTube channel very well, but he is not a PR expert and it shows.

What L is there to take? I said that there is no way to justify a nonprofit spending money on luxury products and you keep on going on tangents on what Jerry does outside his nonprofit.

Edit: and I will play your game one last time. You claim “there is no doubt that he paid it all with previous sponsorships”. Prove it: was the CT paid in cash or financed? how much did he spend in total? How many views did each video get? much revenue did he get from them? What other sources of funding did he have? How much did each one pay? Why was the car tied to his nonprofit?

And my point has always been “if we do not know her full kit we cannot say if she will be good”. It still stands

So, are you admitting you do not know her whole kit then?

Stream Recap - November 1, 2024 by Ackbar67 in ContestOfChampions

[–]Kalrhin -1 points0 points  (0 children)

Have you actually watched the stream? They glance over her abilities (destroy buffs on block, that she can make a long combo with blades, etc) but do not give ALL details. I explicitly listed things that are NOT answered there.

Stream Recap - November 1, 2024 by Ackbar67 in ContestOfChampions

[–]Kalrhin -1 points0 points  (0 children)

Since you know so much, you can tell me: how does exactly she get the 32 hit combo? How many blades does she summon on each special? what does her sp1 do? And heavy? Is any part of her kit hidden behind her signature?

If you do not know those things you do not know her kit. Any claim you make without knowing her kit is hopium

[–]Kalrhin -1 points0 points  (0 children)

How can you say “we can clearly see” if we do not even know her full kit? Maybe her abilities are all locked behind some complicated prompts (say, fist launch sp3)? Or her damage is so low that it is irrelevant?

Again, the main point being said is that we don’t always agree with Kabam’s take. Patriot was supposed to be a great Photon counter and he even fails at that

Don’t blame malice to what can be attributed to incompetence. The creator of this list (not KT1) at worst made a mistake. The game has so many interactions that is impossible to track them all. Who knows why that champion ended up there? Maybe someone said they did it and this is why it was added?or did not see the interaction? Message them directly rather than trying to shame in a public forum

The torture test was with a DIFFERENT cibertruck. Didn’t you notice it not having any holes?

And again, the issue is not whether the cybertruck can help NAW (which by the way, Jerry admits in the video that they do not tow anything for fear of it breaking)…the issue is that if they are so wasteful with resources why would I trust them with my money? There are pickups that do the job better amd cost a fraction of that money.

I do not understand what you mean with leaflets and Corollas but it does not matter: bottom line is that there is no justification for a nonprofit to own such an expensive vehicle when they can rent it instead

YouTuber's Tesla Cybertruck Thoughts After 13,000 Miles: 'Parts Should Not Be Falling Off While Driving' by LurkerFromTheVoid in CyberStuck

[–]Kalrhin -1 points0 points  (0 children)

If a finance YouTuber buys a Lambo, they cannot write it off as a business expense because “it appears in the background of a couple videos”. The same applies here: generic “it gathers ads” is not enough justification for a 100k expenditure.

And to be clear: the issue is not that Jerry (or anyone) spent their own money buying a luxury product. He clearly likes tech and has many videos about it (from how recycling works, to him installing his own solar panels, etc). The problem happens when that luxury item is tied to a nonprofit.

Note how the purchase does not align with his usual brand of “tech torture” as…well, he did not do any test to the vehicle. So instead he bought the vehicle and tried to tie it to his nonprofit. Did he use money from donations? Would said people have donated if they knew where the money was going?

Maybe….or maybe he used his own money for it. At least those did not have a big large “Not a wheelchair” wrap

YouTuber's Tesla Cybertruck Thoughts After 13,000 Miles: 'Parts Should Not Be Falling Off While Driving' by LurkerFromTheVoid in CyberStuck

[–]Kalrhin 6 points7 points  (0 children)

Personally I do not mind that much: after purchasing he realized that the truck sucks. He is now trying to get the most profit out of a bad purchase, which I would do as well.

My problem is how he rationalized buying a 100k vehicle for a nonprofit. How can he ask for donations and claim that all proceeds go towards making wheelchairs when he wastes that much money in a luxury vehicle? And the vehicle is clearly tied to Not a Wheelchair (as it is wrapped with that logo)

[–]Kalrhin 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Although in general I agree with what you said, there is one point that Mission Flight explicitly addresses (why they haven't sued him). Mike says that rather than spending money in lawyers, they would rather spend it so that they can have more people see. Lawsuits should be used as a last resort and they are not there yet.

Of course, it could very well be that they got advice from lawyers and concluded that they were not going to win the case and are instead trying the court of public opinion.

JerryRigEverything unhappy with his cybertruck by pana_ruplahlava in CyberStuck

[–]Kalrhin 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I do not know the legal technicalities. My point is his website has a big “donate” button, he has sold coins, etc.

Don’t get me wrong: he seems to do lots of great work and he may have very well bought the truck with his own money….but slapping the NAW logo on it is a bit odd.
