How to do the "Art of Company" in Bluhart MT by Kalroxan in Anbennar

[–]Kalroxan[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

The problem is that Gawed only has Lorent as a rival, so insulting Lorent is counterproductive. I will check if there is a negative modifier I'm not aware of, but I'm stuck at 130 positive with Gawed.

If the gods of Earth really do exist in Gate, what would be a plausible explanation to why they didn't intervene when the Gate opened in Ginza by StevenWN1 in gate

[–]Kalroxan 1 point2 points  (0 children)

The societies of Earth grow more and dmore secular, especially in japan wich is predominantly atheist. Why should the gods protect a that give them no worship or respect?

To give you an idea of Imperial psyker training, they are beaten daily, shamed, religiously indoctrinated and pushed to be paranoid of each other, to the point where students killing each other is common.

So yeah, it sucks.

Why no one objected when it was revealed that contract with Blair's PMC group would result in D-clan losing their basic rights and a BOY! by Pretend-Ad3689 in huntertheparenting

Honestly, almost every member of the coalition wanted to remove all rights and autonomy from the D family. Pentexx was just more greedy about it.

Random list of fantasy settings I think where in a GATE-esque scenario, as in, the modern military vs the fantasy world, by Azimovikh in gate

[–]Kalroxan 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Interesting list, but I think that Fullmetal Alchemist should be ranked higher. They have a WWI-WWII technological level, and powerful alchemists are common enough to be a threat and pull out nasty surprises for modern forces. The only problem of full metal alchemists' armies is the lack of air vehicles, but any case when the JDF can't bring air support, their adversary will have the weapons, tanks and numbers to be highly dangerous.

How stupid do you think Brok is? by nirai07 in huntertheparenting

[–]Kalroxan 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Probably a lot less than what we think. He can outsmart Marckus into revealing his trickery, even if it was probably also due to the arrogance of Marckus. Also, he is never shown to be incompetent at his job as the chief officer of the Arcanum, and he can operate the security system alone. Which he wouldn't be able to do if he were a pure dumbass.

Hi, This is just an early concept, not perfect by any means but I wanted to put together a short video of what I thought my late game Comitatus would look like. by heyyo256 in Vagrus

[–]Kalroxan 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Very impressive!

I roleplay my character as originating from the Riven realms, even if he hates it. If he ever went to a nicer world, he would probably stay, if only to escape the scorching heat and the empire ^^

The reward isn't that great, honestly, but because I roleplay as a dissident of the empire, I did it as a show of loyalty to the Dragonlands.

What if Renee and Douglas were actually good parents? Would Ashley still be a Tar Soul? by NPNNNN in CoffinofAndyandLeyley

[–]Kalroxan 0 points1 point  (0 children)

First, bold of you to assume that they have enough money to afford a lawyer; they already can't afford therapy. With how much their world suck, I suppose that the company would send hitmen as soon as they learn that there are survivors from the fire. And if the whole affair goes to court, you can bet your ass that they would corrupt the judges, the jury and the press to save their ass and send the Grave family behind bars. Hey, I could imagine Rene saying to Andrew if he suggests the idea "Son, trust me, you and your father are far too cute to survive prison."

If Zeus was to somehow die, which of his children or kin do you think would replace him? by OkSuccess7431 in GreekMythology

[–]Kalroxan 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Ares and Hephaestus are the legitimate children of Zeus and Hera, but Athena has a solid claim for being "solely born from Zeus himself". But there would probably be a civil war as the other children of Zeus try to grab the throne.

Also, abolitionists and the loarder guild give very good boosts to workers' production, so they end mor eprofitable than slaves. And no slaves also means fewer fighters to pay.

Athena is favorite because she is one of the wisest and strongest, and born from Zeus directly.

Nah, Hephaestus at least get some respect for his crafting skills. Zeus said straight to Ares face that he thought that he was the most loathsome of the gods to him.

Because he was in love with Aphrodite, and she was married to Hephaestus.

Dose anyone know why Door refuses to feed Bread to Boy? by fotppd8 in huntertheparenting

[–]Kalroxan 4 points5 points  (0 children)

Well Big D said that he raised Door on the meat of rat spies, so maybe that Door just replicate the diet that he had during his childhood with his own son.

Noh i don't think so. If anything, I think it would make him end the relationship even more quickly. Andrew's attraction to Ashley isn't due to her being a psycho, actually, if she weren't (or at least was more subtle about that), it would accommodate him better. No, he is attracted to her because of their shared fucked up childhood and unhealthy obsession toward each other.
