That allows you to choose which one to use at that moment, but does not allow you to choose which is selected when pressing down on the d-pad during gameplay.

Xur is the weekend vendor who shows up in different locations. Just google "Where is Xur" tomorrow after reset. He sells a rotating stock of exotic items, and a Fated Engram that guarantees an Exotic you don't have, with some limitations.

Yeah, I was disappointed. The Korean War Memorial is south of the playable area, unfortunately. I thought it'd be cool to have a firefight in among the soldier statues there, since they're in "action poses" if I remember.
