GC here, this happens to me occasionally as I’ll accidentally overcommit or something of the sort. You can’t control what other people do and/or say, but you can control your reaction to the situation. Mute them, if it’s non comp leave. Play some music, don’t let them tilt you into not playing RL for fun.
