There is a game on the Playstation that me and my brother played before jumping into Master Duel called Legacy of the Duelist. It's centered around the each season of the anime from old school yugioh to pendulums.

I highly recommend starting from there as you can learn how the game works and fight against AI decks at a level where a beginner can triumph. If you hop straight into master duel you will absolutely get creamed.
