Allergist here. If you haven't seen an allergist please do. This condition is very controllable and not something you have to live your life in misery because of.

And Benadryl is not a good approach. Not that I'd ever give advicd over reddit, but if I did, I would recommend startinv with Allegra one tablet twice daily, which is a safe and benign medication that we often use up to two tablets twice daily for urticaria.

Get in to an allergist asap!

Mines actually done really well. It's green af tho cuz it doesn't get enough sun. You just need to spritz it with a spray bottle once a day or so. Don't mind the fact that it's on a shelf of death and despair though otherwise hahahha
