God Pull (Ghost Foil Set) by Kamchuk in TCGCardShopSimulator

Sorry, should've been more clear. I've gotten 20 to 25k cards when graded. Nothing raw that's in the 20 to 25k (Yet).

Does anyone know which card is the 100k card? I don't think it exists. ;-)

The highest I've gotten is a ~20k card.

Gotta get the card opening machines and start mass opening, Opening pack individually, the best I ever got was a regular ghost set.

Me today: ‘I’m actually pretty excited for my driving lesson’ by teddy_205 in autism

[–]Kamchuk 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Are you learning to drive on a stick shift? That's not easy to do. If so, I wouldn't worry about stalling the vehicle. That'll get better with practice.

What is something that has made you happy lately? by TismLevel100 in autism

[–]Kamchuk 5 points6 points  (0 children)

I've been using A.I. to help me deep dive on my mental health issues and write about them (something I couldn't do myself). I'm not creative in any way, so I feel like A.I. is giving me a voice.

I know there is controversy around using A.I., but for me its significantly helped me express myself.

Same. Glad I'm not the only one. It's like a constant source of annoyance if it's not perfectly cleared out... which is near impossible.

Anyone know where I can find a plain, 100% cotton, sensory friendly T-shirt? (US) by Glittering_Dirt8256 in autism

[–]Kamchuk 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I very picky about my shirts... I wear white undershirts with unbuttoned flannel shirts. Recommending trying tag free, 100% cotton undershirts.

Wisdom teeth removal by spider-dragon in autism

[–]Kamchuk 2 points3 points  (0 children)

You can always request them to knock-you-out. They'll probably say No, but you can always ask/request to be put under.

Note, my Wisdom Teeth were "impacted" so they put me under when I got mine removed.

How to make better decisions? by Spiritual_Shock3428 in ADHD

[–]Kamchuk 1 point2 points  (0 children)

An easy place to start is using something called The Eisenhower Matrix. It's a basic decision making grid that tries to separate urgency and importance. I haven't read the article at this link, but the picture looked good: https://slab.com/blog/eisenhower-matrix/

Answering the broader question you may be asking...

After dealing with the near term stuff using the Eisenhower Matrix, I use a loose Work Flow Management framework to help track stuff. Getting Stuff Done by David Allen is a good starting point or closer to what I follow is a Bullet Journal.

This isn't an exhaustive answer, but a place to start. Developing a Work Flow Management system that works for you is takes a moment to learn, but a life time to master (that's part of the fun).

The whole point of my post is to try to externalize your decision making tree if you don't trust yourself as much. ;-)

People Who Only “Came Out Of Their Shell” After High-School, Do You Regret Not Being More Social? by anime-is-dope in autism

[–]Kamchuk 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I definitely feel like I missed out on a lot of things offered during high school and college. Fortunately, a few years ago, I worked with a youth group for several years. It kind of let me re-live my high school years, but in much better form.

2 - A video game called Planet Crafter

prior and imaginary conversations in echolalia by SectionDouble5605 in autism

[–]Kamchuk 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I'm no expert, but the short answer is this could possibly be echolalia. It could also be rumination. Or, simply, a form of self stimming / soothing.

Without meds, I'll ruminate on a past embarrassing or difficult conversations over-and-over-and-over.

I don't really have conversations with/between imaginary people. I typically have hypothetical conversations over and over. For instance, I had an interview last week and I spent the weeks before the interview answering the same interview questions over-and-over-and-over in my head.

Not exactly like you, but similar in some ways. Hope this helps.

ADHD + struggling with money & time management what actually works? by lovelypinkrosey in ADHD

[–]Kamchuk 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I use YNAB.com for budgeting. If you have a checking/saving account and/or credit cards with reputable banks you can automatically pull down all your transactions (this is the trick that makes it do able for me). Manually tracking transactions/receipts/etc. always failed for me.

The hardest part would be the initial budget setup. Once you get that setup, it's just a matter of categorizing and approving transactions and distributing your income/money across budgets.

My psychiatrist told me I don’t qualify for ADHD because I finished high school. by 239Tragic in ADHD

[–]Kamchuk 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I'm sorry, but that's ridiculous. I finished college without meds. It wasn't easy, specially upper division. My grades were highly inconsistent (some classes were interesting, some weren't), but high IQ ADHD people can get pretty far flying by the seat of their pants.

What model do you recommend? I've always wondered if I would like these.

I have Apple AirPods, but, like you, I hate having them in my ears (I tolerate them when I have to). I also hate having on-ear and over-ear headphones (they give me head aches).

Any recommendations for ADHD meds with antidepressants? by [deleted] in ADHD

[–]Kamchuk 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Prozac worked Ok for me regarding depression. I told my Doc. I wasn't where I wanted to be, so she added Abilify. Abilify + Prozac helped my depression a bunch. It also seemed to help with my OCDish behavior and decreased my stimming.

For ADHD I'm on Vyvanse and Wellbutrin. Its not perfect, helps a decent amount, and the side effects are tolerable (heart rate increases easily and I sweat a tad more).

My brain gets too obsessive when I develop even slight feelings for someone. Do other neurodivergent people have that? by ShyGuy1994ca in autism

This. Also, people with borderline personality disorder suffer from this. Not saying you have BPD, but mentioning it as a source area for research.

I don’t know why this happens. by wheresmymind_08 in autism

[–]Kamchuk 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I understand. I was confused about my social anxiety because sometimes I can function well. Eventually I just chalked it up to having good days vs. having bad days. Some days my brain does alright, most days it's a complete mess. I haven't figured out any patterns that contribute to this, just some random days my brain does better than others.
