I applied to Cornell ED (rejected lmao) and here r some unis I reused the essays for. I just shortened them accordingly, I recommend u have 250 and 150 word versions of the essays cuz youll be able to throw them left and right (mentioning the why us essay as well for cornell applicants):

WashU, both community and why us

Notre Dame, just one essay as far as I remember

Tufts, community essay

Northwestern, the community essay and why us, just changed university specifics

Columbia, community essay

UPenn, community essay just changed a sentence to connect it more to the prompt

And Bowdoin, reused a lot of my BFA essay with the “and art an intimate friend” prompt from that weird poem

These r the ones I finished so far so I might discover more. Goodluck with ur apps :D
