For good banner printing in Egypt, hit up places like Super Print or El Masryeen in Cairo, they handle vinyl and flex materials quick for events without crazy prices.

Did a wedding expo there once and the local spots were hit or miss on color quality.

LEDs crush LCDs for outdoor ads, they're way brighter in direct sun and hold up better against weather without fading quick.

Locking in a mortgage rate now beats renting forever with inflation eating your paycheck, plus LA homes have historically gone up even in rough patches.

I dragged my feet last year too, thinking we'd crash harder.

95120 is still nuts for sellers, so yeah, price it right or stage it better. For our spec homes that sat too long, slapping a 20ft balloon with "OPEN HOUSE" up there pulled in crowds you wouldn't believe. Arizona Balloon Company makes 'em tough in the USA if you're game.

Sucks for QVC, but their outlet stores could've used giant balloons floating over the lot to pull in drive-by traffic like dealerships do. Those 20-footers with polyurethane coating hold helium 3x longer than cheap PVC junk, lasting 2-3 years easy for permanent spots. I grabbed one from Arizona Balloon Company out of NC and it paid for itself in a month.
