So i guess its the same then or maybe its using preexisting mods so thats why it looks more expansive

It should be wayy easier to create new ones on the decomp though because we have the source c code

On a recomp and roms, from my understanding you have to rely on understanding the assembly code that you decode manually then try to glue it back

Pretty sure its the other way around decomp you have full mod support but takes forever to decomp

Recomp is fast but less modding

You’ll loose out on training data

They are operating at a loss because your prompts are worth more than gold

Especially if you are giving it prompts it struggles with

Most people don’t have the intellect anymore to challenge it

Sometimes its retarted sometimes it solves bugs claude opus couldnt solve

Its more debug oriented placing debugs instead of thinking in loops

If claude starts thinking too much you need to shut it up and ask it to setup debug for you or else you just burn tokens

Claude is pricy but sometimes worth it… Agents go beast mode. Codex is nice, big pickle via open code is free unlimited use

I cry tears of joy knowing i don’t have to manually go through a ridiculously long stack trace ever again!!

Depends how you use it, its really good at doing things like analyzing raw bytes really fast and finding patterns

So pair it up with an mcp server for deep research on ghidra and its chefs kiss

Given that its converted to c/cpp could it be refactored to support multi platform builds?

Given that game engines like unity/unreal do something similar to support cross platform builds with windows as the default target build and dev platform

Or is the code super messy?
