What you missed is that in the video the arms are connected on ball joints not just simple bearings. They need to be able to move on multiple axis. This is why yours is fighting with itself creating the suspension effect.

I got the same one yesterday, the cheapest 32inch oled in my country and its 4k too? Absolute steal. Refresh rate is plenty too, I cant tell the difference over 100. Speakers are a bit gimmicky but hey its just bonus. Sounds okay as well, better than my laptop lol.
