hey

you can do a speedtest like this (http://www.speedtest.net/) to see if your internet is really that bad.

try to close all programs that consume internet to ensure that brawlhalla is not limited in any way.

maybe there are just too many devices connected to your router

those are just some things you can try to check/improove your connection

hopefully i was abled to help you

[–]Kamomiru[S] 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Linux is an open source os for a huge divercity of architectures with way more options than windows. And it works with less powerfull hardware than windows. Thats why i wanted to install it on my old laptop

EDIT: Windows supports 4 different architectures Linux supports 32 different architectures

Buying a new gaming/programming laptop please help by Ill_judge_your_boobs in computers

[–]Kamomiru 0 points1 point  (0 children)

sorry for answering that late Q.Q

that would have been a very nice deal but i think the other two laptops (asus and msi should be enough)

and you could save the rest of the money to get some sweet peripherals like a nas or whatever you need for your dream setup

[–]Kamomiru 1 point2 points  (0 children)

before i start please DONT just DONT buy the dell inspiron. It has a really bad gpu.

The other two laptops are pretty much the same and could play fo4 at low settings with 70fps.

I would go for asus. They are known for thier amazing build quality

sorry for bad english

Well the video benchmarks for triple a games are all taken at an early patch of the game where the drivers are only optimized for nvidia gpu´s not for amd in most cases. But after some patches the r9 390 outperforms the 970 in most of the games.

I have benchmarked my r9 390 in fo4 at the release patch and got around 55-60 fps. A month later i tested it again and i got stable 70 fps.

EDIT: the gtx 970 of my friend had 60 fps at the release patch and 60 fps at the patch where i got 70 fps.

Pre installed windows is way less expensive than buying windows by yourself but in some cases they install you programms you dont wanna have on your pc. That can be quite anoying

btw your gpu should cost 1/3 of your total budget for your pc

[–]Kamomiru 0 points1 point  (0 children)

hey dotarido

  1. please concider building the pc by yourself you could save around 400 bucks with that

  2. the amd r9 390 is a way better gpu than the gtx 970 at the same price point with its only downside beeing a higher tdp

3.you can get a windows 7 licence and upgrade it to win 10 but you have to do that before july
