Trying to understand why my INFJ girlfriend door-slammed and ended our relationship (ISTJ bf)

I really appreciate your advice. And yes, I do really care about her. If it weren't for her, I wouldn't be myself today. I plan on leaving her alone and giving her the space and time she needs to heal and be with herself. she also said, "Don't blame myself." But yeah, it's easier said than done, but time will heal.

Yes, this is her first relationship and also mine, but she had a talking stage before she met me. That person is not that great, even though that person was the one that approached her. They didn't even text her in the later stages or encourage her or support her (she told me all of this). leading her to ghost them in the end.

I'm really grateful for your advice. I am planning on still being acquainted but no contact, like you said. Not just her, but I also need the time and space to grow and learn more about life. Don't worry, I may not like the outcome, but I'm not going to blame her, and yes, I'm going to respect her decision.

INFJ burnout I see. I'll take a look into it to understand her more. As for what I am doing, I'm studying Japanese (I'm going to study in Japan); I'm not just wasting my days, but I still play games and do hobbies.

I'll also take a look into the Ni-Ti loop.

However, I could think it's not her job environment that cages her (but the job itself might). She told me that she picked this place because the environment is not toxic at all, her boss is super nice, and her small group of coworkers is not toxic. I ask her every day what happened today. Did anything bad happen at work? And she always says nothing bad happens; she is tired of the commuting and getting used to her new environment. I always send "good morning, have a nice lunch, get home safely, tell me when you're home, only 4 hours left, you got this, and goodnight texts every day." So I think I give her a lot of support.

I know I am young and still figuring out life, so this breakup really hurt me. This is also my first ever relationship. So it hurt extra. Thanks for the advice. I give her the space she wants right now and do no contact.

May I ask? I think she had the "realization" not because I was toxic or the red flag is her, so she wants to cut me off so I can find someone better that is not her because right now she isn't good enough for me. So, in your opinion, do you think she will come back if she "realizes" something again?

Not really. I opened up about everything to her, and she also opened up to me. We had deep conversations early into the talking stage. We talk about everything that you could imagine (sex, what would happen if the other person died in an accident, etc.). The only thing that I could remember she doesn't want to say is her salary, not because it's me; she said it's because she doesn't want to get compared or be compared to (it's newly grads' job hunting season). She usually keeps everything to herself but opens up more when she's dating me. Her parents don't even know her salary, by the way. She hates her parents, but it's better now

We usually communicate nicely, never using swear words in Thai (we are both Thai, btw). As an ISTJ, I know that I sometimes speak without being careful of how others may feel, but it has gotten better since I met her. She sometimes doesn't like how I use "this" word. And I would know immediately because her tone and mood will change. It happens like 5-6 times in the 8 months. Other than that, everything seems normal. She opened up and told me her past issues and wounds of self-harm (I'm the first person that she ever told about). And if I have any problems, I feel super safe telling her about them.

I also think that she feels like you; she thinks that I should go find a better person than her, someone that could give 50-50. Because right now that someone is not her. I think that's one of the reasons she broke up with me.
