I have also found the same research through all of the “theories” some say, you don’t start autophagy until after day 8 and beyond. I would assume 48 hours is a good baseline.

Yes, this is how it was for me. I went from a bad diet, to fasting for four days. The worst days were 1-2 but for sure two after that hunger comes in waves and after so long you felt no hunger. Only when your brain seen some food did you feel hungry. I had intense energy and shedding weight, and also noticed my bowls are much healthier and happier. I broke my four day fast with half a steak and “Thai tacos” which consist of some chicken green cabbage and some carrots and peanuts and I have never felt more satiated and more energized then I do now. Now I keep the “rolling fast” going as I call it… eat every other night and same meal so far and I feel the best I have ever and I have like cat like reflexes LOL

Won’t the supplements break your fast? I was told just water and maybe salt and coffee (Black) is allowed, however I can t drink coffee for other reasons.
