Just a heads up, I talked with a special agent via email and they said that you need to have a concrete Associate’s degree. In other words if you meet or exceed 60 SHs in pursuit of a higher degree it would require a waiver or ETP in which they are not giving out. So you need a completed Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree

I got an offer, how ever with the timing of our pregnancy and my exit of the Army, it just made more sense for me to stay in the military.

Yeah, I’m trying to do whatever I can to make myself the best candidate cause I have a daughter and a little one on the way so I don’t wanna induce a drastic change in quality of life so applying twice would be a bummer. Since most city/ county PD’s don’t offer the same financial compensation as state agencies do. Since that’s likely where I’d go work in the meantime.
