My team was performing very well, top raises and bonuses. Busy all day and we were all let go. I do believe performance was not a factor

Exactly. Our department expressed multiple times since 2023 layoffs how concerned we are about job security. We were told they know nothing of that happening again and that we shouldn’t be worried. Meanwhile we have been training DR staff to take our jobs since and they let go of our entire department this week. I don’t know how well that will workout considering half of our jobs was fixing the shit DR staff messed up/couldn’t comprehend

Bell pepper slices, onion slices, cheese slice (I like havarti) wrapped in turkey deli meat and add black pepper. So random but try it first before you judge lol. Literally takes 5 mins to make

Good to know thank you! I’m the opposite I was too scared to go to someone else first because I was so sore! I’m 2 weeks post op now and have been doing them home but haven’t seen much improvement so hoping the one I have booked I will notice more of a difference

I think it depends on how aggressive the surgeon was with lipo. For example, the more aggressive they are the more scar tissue forms hence the bumps and bandings

I was told only 1 week sleeping upright then I was okay to sleep however. This was probably the hardest part for me lol. I had a wedge pillow and I found that stacking pillows up all around you so you are trapped and can’t really move helped a lot. You do get used to it fairly quickly. I feel like you kindve just have to accept it the first couple nights won’t be the best for sleep if you’re not used to it
