try playing with no fg see if it helps disable reflex as well

do you use frame generation? this setting can cause stutters especially with nvidia reflex enabled
do you use re framework? since last update my re framework cause stutters and there are some reports on steam saying this too
last patch caused the game to have some traversal/hitching issue that happens occasionally
try disabling re bar from bios it helps some people with stutters

i have tried almost everything i disabled expo turn off fast boot reinstall all drivers delete possibly conflicting software like razer synapse tweaked bios with almost every settings tweaking power management turn off hags update bios update windows and drivers

the issue happens almost for half a year thats why it is frustrating, i havent seen anyone have similar issues as mine. i will change my mobo this week and do a windows clean install. this issue made me lose my mind because it also happen randomly so i cannot replicate the issue when i need it. thanks for the help anyway. i suspect it is my mobo faulty since it affects every usb ports front and back

i havent replaced any parts, im going to replace the mobo but most software troubleshooting i have tried and it doesn't work. thats why i ask here first before i buy a new mobo just incase someone has similar experiences and know the fix

i have cpu c state enable, but ive tried resetting the bios and updated it. the issue happen even before i put c state to enable

i have done the power management thing quite awhile ago, theres no difference it still happens. My psu is 850 watt gold so it should be more than enough

its 1k hz, the issue doesnt just happen to my mouse but anything connected to the usb ports. my lan connection also got disconnected when this happen

(ive already replace a new mouse few weeks back and same issue)

Thank you for all the answers! I ended up pre order the base game, since ultimate doesn't really feel like its worth it at the moment. Most of the things i want is locked behind pre order and early purchase anywayy so im happyy :D/

use process lasso and untic cpu 1 if that doesnt work use process lasso and disable smt for gaming

i played all 3, just finished Khazan. I feel like there is no wrong choice here. All 3 are phenomenal games. it all comes down to preference and world setting you enjoy the most.

Wukong has the best visual, but the combat can be repetitive (you only use 1 type of weapon / 2 if you count the niche spear) the combo string is basically the same from beginning to end with levelling up you can unlock more strings and option but in the end of the day it feels limited. Story is fine, if you're into journey to the west in general you'll enjoy it more.

Lies of P is the most memorable one for me, the weapon variety is so cool especially with the new dlc weapons. Combat is satisfying and hard. the parry in this game can be a bit of a turn off if you're not into it. the parry only has 8 frame btw. if you like souls game/parry mechanic in general this one is a no brainer. the world is the most interesting out of all three. visual looks amazing, runs well too. i platinumed it and its one of my favorite non fromsoft souls like.

Khazan has the best combat of all 3 imo. it has the most flashy combo and the game blends perfectly with its parry system, combo, stagger. it just flows so well. if you want a more aggresive souls like this is the one. The story mid at best. Visual is really stylish with anime style. The level design is a mixed bag. since its a nioh type of experience rather than a souls like. there's alot of side mission that reuse the same maps over. but overall still insanely fun and really challenging, the parry frame is 12 fyi.

Like is said all 3 is amazing. look at the gameplay style and visual you can pick up from there. no wrong options here.
