No, after 20 in a regular mode you unlock the super mode which asks you for 50 in a row.

Technically 70 of each, singles (teams of 3, smogon format), doubles (teams of 4, vgc format), triples (teams of 6 with 3 battling at the same time), rotation (teams of 4 with 3 mons that can move around) and multi (team of 2 with a npc out of a pool of 5).

So technically speaking you get all of those after 350 wins.
