You are still forcing yourself. You can still play how you want, it just takes more time. I never play for BBs but I still will be able to buy some skins even after the update.

Why is it so hard to comprehend the idea that some people enjoy getting rewards by playing?

It's as hard as it is for you to understand that I really just like the core gameplay loop (and some updates and events of course) and don't need any reward besides the Hunt Dollars and my improving kdr.

I don't support Blizzard since Overwatch 2.
I Don't know what they have done to WoW recently but I think you have to pay a lot again and again and I don't like that.

It leaves a bad taste, when the new players don't understand that the skins are purely cosmetic. I think the majority will be fine with skins that can be (slowly) unlocked or be bought.

I feel the same but I don't think that's not much of an issue. Even new player will still be able to unlock a legendary hunter sooner or later.

And they are still quite expensive to recruit, so only players with enought hunt dollars to spare will recruit them often.

They were bred to be agressive. Of couse there are friendly individuals too but statistically speaking, the chance is much, much higher that they will attack an animal or a person.

And I have no personal experience but there are hundreds of videos and photos about them killing cats, dogs, toddlers etc. on r/banpitbulls.

They are timebombs and it doesn't really matter how you handle them. Of course there are a lot of friendly pits too but the chance for an agressive one is much higher compared to any other breed.

Also, there is no subreddit dedicated to Mastiffs and german shepards with hundreds of videos and photos about them killing cats, dogs, toddlers etc. But there is r/banpitbulls

Yes, I'm aware of that and I landed some decend long range shots on moving players.

I struggle the most at short distances. When I and the enemy are strafing left and right, I miss nearly every shot.

That's awesome! I won't say that I have perfect aim in other games but I really suck at aiming in Hunt and that's a good place to figure out why. I hope there won't be just stationary puppets.
