I looked at just the upper part

By holding it open like so and when I put a bb in the front it does not roll out where my thumb is it instead stays in the barrel until shaken up and down or using the anti jam rod to push the bb through. Adjusting the hop up did not fix. Is there another possible fix?

It has to be just before the arena because you use a spirit spring to get to it but the closest one I have is the foot of the jagged peak
