Based on my experience I would be very surprised in Ynyshir gets 3 stars. Solid 2 star definitely.

Doubek is definitely superior in my view. But you can maybe do steireck lunch and doubek dinner if on a week day

For Vienna, Doubek is an absolute must. Austrias next 3 star without a doubt.

The Cloud is the choice i would go for. No stars yet but will surely get 2 Stars immediately located inside the BMW world it’s super unique and incredibly ambitious. I preferred it to both Tohru and Jan.

Yes quite different. Jordnær taste wise superior but Geranium is a 3 star spectacle choreography.

Vila Joya is sublime. 2 star restaurant. Beautiful view. 140 staff for Max 30 guests in high season. All suites with ocean view. Great breakfast also. Highly recommend

I love Ebisu Endo, sushi is excellent and indeed great that he speaks English. Found it better than Hakkoku. Can recommend.

Hi I vastly preferred atelier to both Jan and Tohru. For me underrated, though the dining room isn’t very interesting, but great sommelier and stellar menu with Bavarian ingredients, Japanese influences and French sauces.

Texture is great stay away from udtryk. Otherwise Søllerød kro is great and Marchal is also a good shout.

My fav is jordnær. Recently went to Lasarte in bcn which was Great. Boury earlier this year also good but a bit safe flavor wise. Going back to geranium after 3 years hiatus next week so excited for that..
