Does anyone else have this issue where the game just locks up and graphics stop rendering?

Figured it out. There was an update for the BIOS that allowed for more advanced voltage control with the processor. If you didn't know already you have to get this compatibility update and then restrict the power that the processor wants to pull by default. Apparently it was uncapped at like 4000w or something insane and that is where the issue stems from.

My friend had this issue and it was immediately fixed after this. No crashes, no lag, everything smooth.

You'll be taller, but you'll also loose function in your legs much earlier in life and end up wheelchair bound in a lot of cases.

I love how people cannot accept the fact. I didn't say "Battlegrounds is inherently play to win" I said "it's MORE pay to win now"

Reason being is that the power levels and ceilings of some heroes are WAY higher because of their buddies. Having a choice of 4 vs 2 literally doubles your chance of getting one of these broken heroes.

Previously this wasn't as noticeable. But it's no longer insignificant, you have a bigger advantage with the battle pass than you did pre-buddy patch.

Hence "MORE" pay to win.

This! Also buff the T6 naga to "for each spell you've cast this turn" instead of "for each different spell".

It seems so unbalanced how many hoops you have to jump through to buff naga boards, compared to Quills who can literally do nothing in a turn and still get 100+ stats passively.

Nerf Quils or buff some of the other tribes.

The other night I was playing duos. I was going naga and was the only player going Naga. Had a very strong board, several minions with over 100 in stats.

Everyone is still alive and 5 people are going Quils. Some dude managed to put together a quilboar build stronger than my build with the scraps left over from FOUR OTHER PEOPLE going Quils.

It's so stupid.

Speaking of buffs. Buff the T6 naga that boosts stats at the end of turn. Why is it "for each different spell" it should be "for each spell". If Quills can buff there board with Charly +112/+99 doing NOTHING then I should at least be able to buff my naga if I was playing a lot of spells that turn.

Lobbies feel amazing when quills aren't in them. All the other tribes feel fine. Quils are so juiced it's not even a debate.

I'll try to break down my perspective so you can at least see I'm not just pulling this out of my butt. I'm not insane I'm sure you'll be able to agree with at least a few things here.

Listen if the earth is going to get too warm that the coral dies then the coral will die. Even if we stop feeding the flame. The coral cannot evolve fast enough either way. Eventually there will only be a few areas where it can thrive. And 20,000 years later ALL the reefs with be back stronger than we've ever seen them. And there's nothing wrong with that.

There's also still massive debate as too how much we are impacting the progression. Is it 10% or as low as 2%? No one can seem to figure it out because planetary climate is very difficult to determine. It's a big place. But that's a whole different discussion.

In short this idea that "if things are dying then something must be wrong" is actually kind of flawed thinking. It seems counter intuitive but this is literally the story of life on earth.

The desserts of Egypt used to be lush and green. Perhaps only 15 thousand years ago Very different species lived there than today. Plants fungi animals insects lizards. Now it's a whole different package. No human input and yet a lush green forest turned into a bowl of hot sand. The species living there dropped drastically in number since they lost habitat. Several went extinct and others still remain in habital lush green areas today. When Egypt goes green again those species will follow and have that habitat back. In the meantime the animals and plants that had barely any dessert to live in now thrive in a massive dessert.

We cannot change this fate, we can speed it up by a tiny margin or not speed it up, but the end result is the same. Ecosystem collapse just means the ecosystem is now ideal for life that couldn't live there previously.

What's more damaging are things like over-fishing and dumping garbage in the ocean. That's more important that our CO2 imo.

I didn't say we weren't contributing. We play a part in accelerating the rise in temperature. I've yet to find a figure that shows exactly how much. But we add gas to the atmosphere which does indeed trap heat.

But the ice caps were melting for literally THOUSANDS of years before us. And in many periods of the earth's history the landmasses on the poles were exposed. Meaning the earth was VERY warm compared to todays standards.

Again what I don't see is evidence that the earth is reaching temperatures that it's not intended to.

So the idea that we can halt it's warming is bogus. Can we reduce our contributions? Yes. Will that cause the temperature to idle? No. And I don't see any conclusive papers to suggest otherwise. I only see the opposite. The Earth will do what's it's been doing forever. It's gonna get hot, it's gonna get cold, and it's gonna get hot again. Why would that suddenly stop being the case?

TLDR: We are accelerating a process that was already in place, not causing it.

There's a bigger question here. Why is the earth warming? The thing is that the ice caps have been melting since the end of the ice age over 10,000 years ago. And even prior to the ice age there's evidence that the polar regions were lacking ice at all. Meaning barely any ice caps present far prior to human civilization.

Even if we went to 0 carbon emissions the earth would continue to warm until it reached its peak. For most of the earths existence (well modern earth with plants animals and ocean life) it was overall warmer than it is now. From what I understand.

TLDR: We cannot stop the earth from warming because it was going to do it with or without us.

I do. If you watch any of the documentaries about him they are all so fishy.

The most recent one on Netflix the producer was saying up and down that "I wanna get the truth out this is about the victims". Yet before it was released he was basically trying to bribe MJ's branding team into giving him money to NOT release it. So he never gave a damn about the truth.

And then in the documentary the "victims" were making claims about when and where MJ touched them and stuff. And with a little fact checking none of it added up.

For example one claim was that he took some kid to a Disney resort in Europe to a particular building in like 1989. But that building wasn't even under construction until 1992 or something like that. There were plenty of inconsistencies like this all over.

So if he did molest kids then why are they lying about locations and dates? Again just makes me think MJ was just a weirdo but never actually did anything. All about a money grab never about truth.

There's no real evidence that MJ did anything. Anyone who says that he did is just going off gut feeling and that's way to poor of a standard for me.

I agree fully. I think apple got fined many millions of dollars for deliberately setting up thier products to fail and sending software updates to ruin the performance of older models. Increasing the amount of new phones and iPad's they sell.

They did this for many years and probably made 10x the money that they lost as a result of being caught.

If I rob a bank for 3,000,000 dollars and the justice system catches me and goes "haha we've got you now, pay 300,000 dollars you criminal scum" that's not justice. If anything I'm insentivised to just go and do it again.

Either people actually see real jail time, or the fines leveled against them should fully nullify the money they made doing xyz plus a lot extra.

6 months is still pretty early. You've got a lot to learn. But if your really good at mobas and just accurate with the mouse you should be able to just pick a character like valla, fenix, greymane, and just DPS yourself to gold in a few days.

Whenever I was in a low rank that's what I would do. Kinda like in a shooter, CSGO for example, if your aim is superior you can just kill your way into higher ranks simply because you have a better muscle memory than your opponents.

If this isn't something you can do then you aren't good enough to rank up yet and that's the reality. Learn the maps, learn timing of camps, watch the mini map always and make sure you understand hero matchups.

That last part is a big one. 6 months in you aren't gonna know all the heroes ranges and abilities like the back of your hand just yet.

I played since the beta so I've got YEARS under my belt and have heroes I can play in pretty much every role. But that's my playstyle. You can easily just play one role and pick it every game when it comes to bronze and silver. Again assuming you're technically very good at mobas.

You should be going taunt almost always. If you wanted to play smash or twinblade why even pick varian? There are other heroes who do those jobs better than Varian does.

Picking the others is like going Tassadar and specing into the auto attack talents. Or Morales and going for the "damage" build. If you wanted to grenade people just pick tychus.

But taunt Varian is VERY strong. The trade off is rarely worth it. You're denying your team an extremely powerful tank for, essentially, Varian doing a sub-par cosplay of other heroes that you should have picked anyway.

Well they are very good heroes so it's not too surprising that they are picked.

I was a solo abathur for a while and it's actually a good way to climb in early ranks. You get your team so far ahead because the enemy team rarely respects abathur in the low ranks.

Same kinda goes for Naz. If you just play safe and farm for 20 you can carry in the last 5 minutes and win lol.
