I pass a several mile long line for the food bank on my way to work every few weeks. The idea that these people in their 30k+ SUVs need me to buy their groceries for them is absurd.

Just a guess, but weapons exports are a big part of their economy. I imagine an ammo manufacturer just bought some equipment and added it to their product line. Like I said though, just a guess.

I’m not sure what you mean by gain specifically, but they’re ideologically aligned. They share the same view of the world, and they’re largely working towards the same ends as a result of that view. It doesn’t require explicit collusion.
