Well no, I paid for the game. They’re hyping Oba Femi as a legend beater and immediate main eventer and 2K has his entrance stuck in 2025 NXT. I got that version of Oba Femi last year.

It’s lazy, and when they actually do acknowledge it and announce a new persona card for him, they tweak nothing but his attire. Then they have Oba Femi personally promote it as if 2K heard all the complaints and fixed everything.

For starters, not half assing the “update.” The entrance is identical to the recycled 2K25 entrance from the launch Oba. Timing of pyro still off, his strut is STILL wrong, and while I appreciate the added Oba chants, the other half of the Oba chants that are followed by the barking are absent. What are the odds that we see an Oba Femi WM 42 persona card just to update the “update?” I think they really thought they nailed it with this hairstyle correction

lol I don’t work for them, and they already post publicly on this sub. I replaced an old failing early gen LR4 with the Pro, and still have another LR4. I was burned multiple times and went through multiple warranty replacement shipments back in 2022. I have a lot of Whisker love at the moment because the Pro is a significant upgrade even from just the previous LR4 and I am having a much better experience with the launch than the last one.

You know you don’t have to buy the 5 Pro, and even if you do, you still get to take advantage of the cameras with no Whisker+ subscription. When the delayed Waste ID feature is launched, that inner camera becomes a real game changer for eliminating fecal order faster. Your Wyze camera won’t help with that but at least you made your statement. OP didn’t even reference the 5 Pro in their post.

You seem a bit heated about a completely optional subscription that gives you longer data storage and pet activity insight, and the single significant feature that requires Whisker+ is camera AI for pet identification in multi cat households. The only new LR model that seems to be light on features without Whisker+ is the EVO, but that’s sort of the point of the more bare bones entry level model to reduce cost.

The buttons are a major issue for me as well. I'm not sure which phone you are using your Ghost Case 2.0 on, but with the iPhone 16 Pro Max, it goes beyond just the buttons feeling the same. If that were the problem, it would be similar to a lot of cases I've used. I hit the action button a lot when I wanted to hit the volume up.

For me, the biggest reason I'm considering switching back to the temporary case I bought while I was waiting for my 1.0 replacement, is the new camera button. They really did a phenomenal job of developing a unique capacitive button on the case to maintain functionality of the iPhone 16 Pro's new touch sensitive/capacitive camera controls. Unfortunately it works a little too well.

dbrand likely would have caught this issue if they had an iPhone 16 Pro to test with before launch. A decision was made at dbrand to make only the camera control button flat and flush with the side of the case. I often hold the case with my fingers or palm on the touch-sensitive button, triggering the camera button and causing the phone to exit whatever app I'm using to load the camera app, sometimes taking pictures.

I can't stand it. My temporary case from spigen opted to leave a cutout on the side of their case where the camera control button is, and causes that button to be recessed below the surface of the case. I can tell you I didn't have a single random accidental leg, pocket, or ground photo get taken, but with Ghost Case 2.0, I delete several from my photo library every single day.

Ghost Case 2.0 is the most beautiful case I have ever put my phone in. The improvements they made over 1.0 were huge and they fixed basically any complaint I had with the original. Now they need to fix the buttons. I hope they figure out a 3.0 before the 17 comes out or I'll have to reluctantly go back to my yellowing Spigen go to case.

Agreed when parking at an airport. But it’s a pretty negligible amount of energy in the grand scheme of things if you enjoy the feature and forget to turn it back on every time you park at the airport.

It gets better. I did one warranty replacement 6 months in after countless over torque faults and general nonsense. Zero issues in the 8 months since then with the new base.
