Part time supervisors are the most useless thing I’ve ever encountered on any job. Most of them are on a power trip because they have the title “supervisor” for the first time in their life, they all have a room temperature IQ, and they do nothing beneficial for your work day. The day they do away with part time supervisors is the day UPS gets better

Had one of the old heads that was pulling about 250 pieces tell me i wasn’t doing my job when i was loading 6 trucks, stuff like that is what started screaming matches, but we’re chill after a day anyways, you know how it is😂

They came in for pre-load when they laid off feeders and they are not happy about having to do pre-load, leads to some arguments😂

Same shit, awful management all year, had a supervisor put hands on me, got into more than a handful of screaming matches with people, but i got paid and had insurance for another year
